For in-stock items, please allow an additional 1~3 days in-stock processing time for total delivery estimates.

Once your order has been shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to your order email address.
If you have not received the shipping email:
- Check if the email address is incorrect.
- Check if the email ended up in your spam folder.
- Check the status of your order in your account to see if it has been shipped.

Tracking updates can be delayed when the parcel is:
- Detained by force majeure, such as extreme weather conditions, shipping restrictions, strikes, etc.
- In the process of local customs clearance.

If you have not received your item(s):
- Check if the address information of your order is incorrect;
- Contact the shipping company for further details;
- Check your mailbox or ask your neighbours if they have received the parcel on your behalf.
Wait another 48 hours. In rare cases, parcels may be delivered up to 48 hours before arrival.
If you have not received the item within 3 working days after your order has been delivered, feel free to email us at info@veloura.us (with order number & reason).

We offer free shipping to all European Union countries. Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.Delivery times typically range between 6-14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
For countries outside the EU, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. You will see the final shipping fee before completing your purchase.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Since we process our orders quickly, in most cases it's not possible to change or update your order. You can however give us a shout at info@veloura.us and our customer service team will do what they can to help to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.

It depends! If you contact us info@veloura.us to cancel your order before it is shipped, we would be more than happy to help with the cancellation (or modification) of the order. However, once the order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel your order at this time.
However, once you receive your package, if you're not 100% satisfied with the items, we’ll be more than happy to assist you with the return. If any other questions, feel free to reach us.
